Sahra is a film writer, director and producer. She makes both personal fiction films and documentary films for companies and charities. Born in California's Bay Area, she has lived in Minneapolis, San Francisco, Paris and London. In 2009, she moved to Edinburgh, Scotland.
Sahra studied drama and environmental science at Stanford University and cinema at San Francisco State University and the Université de Paris 8: St. Denis. She currently makes films as a freelancer and teaches filmmaking to young people.
